Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Baby Cloth Store, we care about your satisfaction and want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Please read our policy below:

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer care team at srgarments2424@gmail.com

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return/refund:

Innerwear, socks, and accessories

Items purchased on final sale or clearance

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size issues, subject to availability.

Customers may need to cover return shipping charges unless the exchange is due to our error.
